Important: All used equipment purchased by HRS Supplies is bought “AS-IS” and without any warranty, either express or implied, except where prohibited by law.
This means that we do not guarantee the condition, performance, or longevity of any item after purchase.
Under Texas law, by submitting your item for sale, you agree that:
- You are the legal owner of the item and have the right to sell it.
- All information and photos you provide are truthful and accurate.
- Once you choose to have us destroy the item, it cannot be recovered.
- Our inspection results are final unless misrepresentation or fraud is proven.
This disclaimer protects both the seller and HRS Supplies from disputes after the sale.
