We Buy your equipment Policy

HRS Supplies offers the option for customers to sell us their used equipment through our online submission process. Please read the following process and terms carefully before submitting your equipment for review.

Submission Process

• Customers must fill out our We Buy Form on the website.
• The form requires accurate details about the item, including photos showing its condition.
• We reserve the right to reject submissions that are incomplete or unclear.

Quotation

• Once we review your form and photos, we will send you a quotation by email.
• This quotation is based solely on the information and images you provide.
• The quotation is valid for 5 days from the date of issue.

Shipping to Us

• If you accept our quotation, we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
• You must securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.
• The shipping label is valid for 3 days after being issued.

Inspection Upon Arrival

• After we receive your item, our team will inspect it to confirm that it matches the condition described in your form.
• If the condition matches: We will process payment via PayPal within 3 business days.
• If the condition does not match:
  1. Return — We ship the item back to you at your expense.
  2. Destruction — We will destroy the item and provide photographic proof.
     • We will notify you with a report and photos.
     • You may chose:
       • Return. We ship the item back to you at your expense.

Payment

• Payment is made via PayPal only.
• You are responsible for any PayPal fees associated with receiving the payment.

Final Notes

• Once you choose to have an item destroyed, the process is irreversible.
• We are not responsible for any loss of value due to incorrect or incomplete descriptions in your submission.

As-Is Purchase Notice (Texas Compliance)

Important: All used equipment purchased by HRS Supplies is bought “AS-IS” and without any warranty, either express or implied, except where prohibited by law.
This means that we do not guarantee the condition, performance, or longevity of any item after purchase.

Under Texas law, by submitting your item for sale, you agree that:

• You are the legal owner of the item and have the right to sell it.
• All information and photos you provide are truthful and accurate.
• Once you choose to have us destroy the item, it cannot be recovered.
• Our inspection results are final unless misrepresentation or fraud is proven.

This disclaimer protects both the seller and HRS Supplies from disputes after the sale.
