Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours.

Order Cut-off

Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the next working day.

Free Shipping Promotion — SHIPONUS

Eligible orders receive free standard shipping through the SHIPONUS promotion, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • The merchandise subtotal must be $1,000 USD or more, after any eligible product discounts have been applied but before taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable fees.

  • Free standard shipping will be applied automatically at checkout when the order meets all eligibility requirements.

  • The promotion is valid only for orders shipped to eligible addresses within the United States.

  • The promotion is not valid for international shipments.

  • The promotion may be combined with seasonal sales, automatic discounts, or promotional pricing offered directly by HRS Supplies and automatically applied through our online store.

  • The promotion may not be combined with customer-requested discounts, individually negotiated prices, accepted offers, custom quotations, special pricing arrangements, manually issued discounts, or store credit.

  • An exception may be approved only through a prior written agreement between HRS Supplies and the buyer before the order is placed.

  • The promotion applies only to eligible standard shipping charges. Customers who wish to upgrade to a faster shipping method may select an available expedited service at checkout for an additional cost.

  • The promotion does not cover freight services, taxes, duties, customs fees, special handling charges, or other additional fees.

  • Oversized, overweight, hazardous, freight-only, or otherwise restricted items may be excluded.

  • HRS Supplies reserves the right to select the carrier and standard shipping service used for qualifying orders.

  • HRS Supplies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this promotion and to reject or cancel its application to orders that do not meet these conditions.

Delivery Delays

Once an order is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays in delivery.

We partner with USPS, FedEx, and UPS to offer reliable shipping throughout the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

Priority Mail Express: 1–2 calendar days (fastest USPS service)

First-Class Mail / First-Class Package: 1–5 business days (for smaller/lighter items)

USPS Ground Advantage / Retail Ground: 2–8 business days (economical ground option)

FedEx Services

FedEx Ground / Home Delivery: 1–5 business days (based on distance)

FedEx Express Saver: 3 business days

FedEx 2Day: 2 business days

FedEx Standard / Priority / First Overnight: Next business day (delivery by morning, noon, or end of day depending on service)

UPS Services

UPS Ground: 1–5 business days (based on distance)

UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days

UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days

UPS Next Day Air: Next business day (delivery time depends on service level)

International Shipping

At HRS Supplies, we are happy to serve customers outside the United States. Please review our international shipping terms before placing your order:

Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for all international shipping charges.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected carrier, destination country, and package weight/size.

Custom Duties and Taxes

All international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.

Customers are solely responsible for paying any applicable fees charged by their local customs authority.

Refusal to pay customs or import fees may result in the package being returned or abandoned. In such cases, HRS Supplies will not issue refunds for shipping costs or customs fees.

Delivery Timeframes

International delivery times vary by destination and selected carrier service.

While most orders arrive within 7–21 business days, delays may occur due to customs processing or international carrier handling.

Tracking information will be provided whenever available.
