Klarna Returns and Refund Policy

For all orders completed via Klarna, the following special return and refund conditions apply, in accordance with Klarna’s standard policy requirements:

Return Period

Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of delivery.

Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to be eligible.

Condition of Returned Items

All items must be returned unopened, unused, and undamaged.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering may not qualify for a refund.

Refund Method

Refunds for Klarna purchases will be issued to the original payment method only.

Store credits, exchanges, or alternative forms of compensation are not permitted under Klarna’s return requirements.

No Restocking Fees

Returns under Klarna are exempt from any restocking fees. Customers will not be charged additional fees for processing their return.

Exclusions

These conditions apply exclusively to Klarna transactions.

All other orders not completed via Klarna will remain subject to our standard store return and refund policy.
